JetBrains IDE Running Slow on Startup — Any Fixes?

Hi everyone,
Lately, my JetBrains IDE (specifically IntelliJ IDEA) has been really slow to start up. It takes over a minute to load, even on smaller projects. I've tried disabling unused plugins and increasing memory allocation in the .vmoptions file, but it hasn't helped much. I'm on the latest version and using a decent machine. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix that speeds things up? Thanks in advance..
