Account problem - License

I recently purchased a new annual license, and just two days later it was abruptly canceled without any explanation. 

I received no prior notice, no grace period, and no opportunity to respond or understand the reason. 

Despite multiple emails, I haven’t received any reply. 

It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor support and lack of communication !!! 
I would strongly advise thinking twice before purchasing any of their products. They’re quick to take your payment, but when they cancel your license just two days later without warning or explanation, there’s no way to reach them. 

Half a workday has been lost due to their mistake, and I’m unable to continue my work because of it.
