[Plugin Development] Open Plugins Window

Hello!

Im currently developing a plugin and need to show a message if the plugin version is not the newest available.

I have the notification and the message ready, but im searching if i can open up the Installed Plugins window (Settings → Plugins → Installed) automatically or by pressing a button in my plugin.

Is it possible? I haven't found anything on the forums that helps me.
