Remove fake text from the code (argument type and such)

Hi, 

out of the blue Rubymine started again to show this useless and irritating hints into the editor code, ruining the experience and forcing me to use a different editor.

“event” “handler:” and such … Why do you keep alterating the code? 

I know there's a option somewhere, but it's really awful losing precious time finding all of them and disabling them. Moreover they keep coming back periodically. 

BTW I would bettere concentrate on improving the performance of the editor (it is really slow) than adding all this useless stuff. Code should be neat, not full of text that we didn't write.
