I am experiencing an issue with activating my JetBrains Educational License using my GitHub Education Pack. Here's what happens:
- I click on "Apply Now" on the JetBrains Student Page.
- I select the option to log in with my GitHub account.
- After entering my credentials, updating my status of study from Undergraduate to Graduate for the same college, and confirming the application, I get the confirmation that the email will arrive with next steps on my college email: mluksic@tvz.hr
- The email never arrives, even after a couple of days, I checked spam folder as well.
I have verified that my GitHub account is linked to the GitHub Education Pack and meets all eligibility requirements. I have an educational license that was active until 2023 and that was for my undergraduate studies, and now I just want to renew the license for the graduate studies.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

After checking your JetBrains account I see that you applied with your gmail.com email address, our confirmation letter was successfully delivered there and our letters were opened by you on May 24, 2025. However, your JetBrains account is managed with this email address mluksic@tvz.hr. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your
subscription here https://account.jetbrains.com/login. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.
Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.
