I've seen this error in other posts, but I haven't changed anything in my network recently so I don't understand why am I getting this error spammed on startup after having used IntelliJ for years now. I attach the image:

I got the same popup, for the same certificate, on Rubymine today.
Hi all - please see investigation results and explanation here: IDEA-373625
In short, it is not a JetBrains issue but most likely an issue with the network provider movistar.
If you are not sure or the solution doesn't work for you, please click
Rejectin the IDE for these requests because it may cause security issues if you accept them.Although Movistar is not my ISP I believe that my actual ISP uses their infraestructure to provide service. Should we be concerned about this? I did allow it since I thought it was safe? Otherwise I get spammed with it

Movistar has deployed a Cyber Security option for consumers in partnership with www.allot.com. Allot produces security software and solutions focused on enterprises. Cyber Security appears to be intercepting/MITM your traffic and replacing the original certificates with Movistar's/your network's own ones.
It is possible that your company or network provider MITM these requests to check something. Or there is a misconfiguration on their side. Or in the worst case, there is a cyberattack in your network to obtain some request data.
Please contact your company's IT or network admin and check if they use
Allot.comor some tools to intercept networks requests. The option to disable Cyber Security for Movistar can be done at https://conexionsegura.movistar.es/
