Just trying to be helpful, can't uninstall app?

* Another process uses tool directory woes?

* I had `wakatime` and `Adguard` process that needed to be shut down!

* Drove me insane for a few days, finding anything in Windows Task manager when you are not used to looking through is a pain

* I downloaded `Process Explorer` and the find is much cleaner and easier to understand

* I just searched `C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Programs` and the two apps came up,

* I didn't force kill them or anything just shut them down and everything went smooth!
