How to ignore differences in object properties being different in Snowflake Compare Structures

已回答

When comparing similar structures in Snowflake, for example Dynamic tables from DEV to PROD, All of the objects show up as having differences because all of the DEV objects use a “DEV” warehouse, and all the PROD objects use a “PROD” warehouse. For example, the name of the dev warehouse is D_{PROJECT}_WH, and prod is P_{PROJECT}_WH. Is there a way to ignore this particular attibute of the object to determine if there are any differences OTHER than warehouse?

Hi Todd,

Is there a way to ignore this particular attibute of the object to determine if there are any differences OTHER than warehouse?

No, I'm afraid that's not possible. I've created a new ticket in our bug tracker - DBE-23665. Feel free to follow it for updates and upvote it.
