How to change keybind for applying tooltip suggestion.

I just started using Clion yesterday so I'm still learning it. I spent a good chunk of time yesterday and today trying to figure this out but I couldn't so I'm asking here. This tool-tip that pops up with a suggestion, how do I change they keybinding that it is using (Alt+Enter)? I'm using a tiling window manager where my mod key is Alt so anything I do with alt gets used by my window manager, not but the application I'm using. So I can't hit Alt+Enter to apply this change because for my system it just opens up a new terminal.
 

I was also curious if there was a way to apply this to other keymaps as well. I noticed there is a drop down in the keymap settings but I'm not sure if this would change what default keys all the key mappings use since I don't know what all the options do.
