Why is that jetbrains EAP?

What a ridiculous thing — paying $20 a month in addition to the Ultimate version just to get the more complete Junie, being invited to test the EAP version of JetBrains IDEs and not having support for Junie. Who’s going to want to test it if they can’t use something they’re paying $20 a month for? Who made that decision???

We understand your dissatisfaction.
Unfortunately, EAP versions of Junie use a license that is available only to users who take part in its closed testing program. If you are not part of it, we recommend that you use Junie inside the stable release of the IDE.
If you are interested in taking part in the Junie EAP program, please check this announcement for details how to join it.
You can also vote for ticket JUNIE-321 and leave your comment there to show the developers that these requests and wishes aren't isolated cases.
