In the maven toolbar there used to be a ‘run build’ icon (play button), it vanished on the latest 2025.2 update. Is this a bug? I used it a lot…

This is a known behavior in the IntelliJ IDEA version 2025.2. You can find more details in the existing YouTrack ticket on this issue: IDEA-376149, and use the solution provided there.
