Using Jira as a task tracker, not tasks are loaded from server

Hello there,

I tried to connect a Jira server to the task management plugin, as shown here https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/managing-tasks-and-context.html#connect-to-tracker. It seems to work (at least when I click on “test” the connection is successful), but no issues are fetched, I only see local tasks, is it expected ?
