Student License Verification Email Not Received

Hello,

I am trying to apply for the free JetBrains Student License to use PyCharm Professional. I entered all my personal and university email information, and the system says that a verification email has been sent. However, I never receive any email in my school inbox. I also checked my spam/junk folders, but there is nothing there.

I would like to know how I can proceed. Is there an alternative way to verify my student status (for example, by uploading a student ID or certificate) if the email does not arrive?

Thank you for your request. Please send me your student and private email addresses that you used for your application, your GitHub username (if applicable) and I'll check what was going wrong. Unfortunately, the option 'Official document' is not available for application and we can require to provide your supporting documents only for verification of your active student status and eligibility.

Thank you for sending the required information. Your student email address was blocked and our letters were marked as undelivered. Check, please - or ask system administrators of the University if you're allowed to get mail from JetBrains sent via Amazon SES. After consultations please contact me with any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your student status/registration for 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your eligibility. After getting this documentation I'll
help you to solve the issue.
