Hello Mustafa,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your affiliation with Faculty of Open Education of Anadolu University.

I’m afraid that we won’t be able to approve your student license application.

This is due to the fact that, specifically, the Faculty of Open Education of Anadolu University is not accepted by JetBrains to take part in our Student Support program. According to our license terms, we only support individuals from recognized educational institutions.

The Faculty of Open Education is known for allowing student enrollment to professionals who already work full-time and who can use JetBrains tools at work. This goes against our license terms because student licenses are only granted for education, and it is strictly forbidden to use them for any commercial purposes.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to decline your application. This decision is not a reflection of you personally, but rather due to the policies of the Faculty of Open Education.

If thes option doesn't work for you,  we’d like to share some other options that you can find useful:
• Free WebStorm (https://www.jetbrains.com/webstorm/buy/), CLion (https://www.jetbrains.com/clion/buy/), Rider (https://www.jetbrains.com/rider/buy/),
and RustRover (https://www.jetbrains.com/rust/buy/) for
individual, non-commercial use.

• Free PyCharm (http://jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/), including Jupyter Notebook support.

• Free IntelliJ IDEA (http://jetbrains.com/idea/download/#community-edition) option.

• 30-day trial versions or Early Access Program (EAP) (https://www.jetbrains.com/resources/eap/) versions of our IDEs.

It’s also worth checking our special offers page (https://www.jetbrains.com/store/#discounts), which lists all the current free and discounted options available.
Another possibility to consider is a personal subscription (https://www.jetbrains.com/store/?fromMenu#personal?billing=yearly). It’s more affordable than a business license and can be used for both personal and commercial work.

I hope this gives you some good alternatives to explore. Let me know if any other questions come up.
