Sync selected query with results

Just updated to DataGrip 2025.3 and noticed what I _think_ is different behaviour than previous versions but I could be remembering wrong.

I have a number of query…consoles or files (haven't fully read up on the changes) open and I execute each and the results show underneath. But when I switch between the query consoles/files, the results don't change. It's like they are disconnected from what's showing below. I'm fairly certain this happened in previous versions. Like the results were synced with the selected query tab up top so I'd select the query tab and the results would show from the last time that query was run. Am I remembering wrong?

I've tried setting “Open results in new tab” and it does indeed create a new tab in the results for each query but the tabs still don't switch as I change the selected query. And I don't see any settings in the Services window to keep them in sync either (similar to Always Select Opened File in Rider).
