PyCharm 2025.3 missing LSP Tools

I was glad to see Ruff and ty support in the 2025.3 changelog being in the Community tier, but they are not available in my PyCharm 2025.3
Am I missing something?

This is because the Python plugin is disabled - We're currently working on a fix - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-86003/New-LSP-tools-are-not-visible-in-2025.3-RC-settings-with-Python-plugin-disabled - Subscribe on YouTrack to receive updates
It should be available in 2025.3.1
So you've made an announcement of a free feature that relies on a paid plugin. That's unfortunate. Waiting on 2025.3.1 then.
in 2026.1 using pycharm or intellij with python plugins and python lsp in some projects ty and ruff are empty boxes and I can not setup anything. Tried invalidating cache, restarting and deleting .idea and nothing helps.
