IntelliJ IDEA 2025.3 No Chinese Language Pack

As I see, you are using the IntelliJ IDEA CE from https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/releases.
The Chinese (Simplified) Language Pack is a bundled plugin in the IntelliJ IDEA. You can install IntelliJ IDEA from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/ and use it. Even if you have no subscription, the IDE will remain fully functional, free to use for both commercial and non-commercial projects, and will include more features than the current Community Edition ever had. If you intend to use the Community Edition version from GitHub, you may try the following workaround:

1. Install IntelliJ IDEA from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/;
2. Navigate to the plugins directory in the IntelliJ IDEA installation folder and copy the localization-zh folder;
3. Paste the copied localization-zh folder into the Plugins directory of the IntelliJ IDEA CE;
4. Start IntelliJ IDEA CE.

I have passed the information on to our team to update the available versions on the Chinese (Simplified) Language Pack plugin page on the JetBrains Marketplace. So that it will be possible to download them manually and install them into the distribution from GitHub.
