Pick which changes to sync from local to remote.

I'm wondering if it's possible to merge changes from local to remote. I mean by clicking a double arrow like the one I'm pointing out but in the opposite directly, from local to remote. Is this supported?

I know that that button will sync the file, but I'm wondering if I can apply individual changes from local to remote.
