Not sure if this comes from any plugin, is it possible to temporarily disable all custom plugin via "Settings | Plugins | ⚙ | Disable all downloaded plugins" for issue isolation purpose?
IDEA does not have a proxy configured, and I also inquired with the IT department, but they did not handle any JetBrains traffic. I tried to reinstall it, but it still popped up a prompt without overwriting the configuration
May I know are there any other services running on your machine which integrate with the project you are editing? When did the warning start appearing? Since 2025.3 or earlier? If you just create a new project with Hello World only, does it happen too?
All plugins have been attempted to be disabled but the problem remains unsolved
No DNS configuration or other configurations have been made
Please check how the proxy is configured from "Settings → Appearance & Behavior → System Settings → HTTP Proxy".
Maybe please ask your local IT why JetBrains traffic is routed to a Kubernetes ingress?

It only appeared in upgrade 2025.3. Even when creating an empty project, it will still prompt
Hi Lh040707 , thanks. AFAIK, the certificate shown in such a dialog is because we detect the communication between the IDE and the destination server is using this certificate. We use the certificate stored in your machine, like this: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/ssl-certificates.html#troubleshooting
Please check the link above and check the certificate stored in the local disk and see if they are customized or not.
