No color selector in the gutter and color value highlight

Unfortunately I failed to reproduce the issue:

Please could you check if you have the Color preview enabled in Settings | Editor | General | Gutter Icons?

Please note that the preview is not show in the Power Save mode.

Gutter icons are turned on
Power mode unchecked

Could you check if you can reproduce the issue in a brand new project?

Just recreated the project, and it works well, new in the same folder.
