New laptop, now DG crashes whenever a file explorer window opens.

I have been running DG on another laptop for a while with no issues. Replaced with a new laptop and now I cannot open or import data sources/projects.

I have tried reverting to the same version that I was running before (2025.3) and still have the issue. I have admin access on the system (W11, I7, 64gb RAM).

I reloaded latest c++ redists, still same issue. Any ideas?
