Big + button in bottom right of UI
In recent versions I am seeing this large button in the bottom right of the PhpStorm UI. It allows me to add a new file or folder. How can I get rid of this element? It gets in the way of more useful features.

For any other Material Theme users, it's the Floating Action Button.
