phpstorm issue

This issue is only reproduced in 2025.3 and later versions.
We have reproduced this issue, and there is an internal bug report tracking this issue. Hope we will address it soon.

However, this function is available in the 2025.3 version. The button in 2026.1 is grayed out and cannot be clicked. I don't know why such a negative update was made

It seems your issue is related to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-240184 (Git update is disabled on the active branch)
This issue was fixed in 2026.1.1.
Could you please click the IDE main menu `Help | Check for Updates` to update IDE to 2026.1.1 to see if it helps?
