Issue with activating Jetbrains Educational Pack

I am attempting to activate my student license using my university email and ISIC membership. The initial process appears to be working correctly, and I am receiving the confirmation email as expected.
However, when I click the activation link provided in the email, I am redirected to a blank page that displays an error message. I have already attempted to verify my status using my university ID email, my ISIC credential, and my GitHub Student Developer Pack but the result is the same in each instance.
Could you please look into why the activation link is failing or manually verify my account?

problem, provide information about your student email address and your ISIC card number, and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
After getting this information I'll be able to investigate what was going wrong and help you to solve the issue.
