...not sure how i can explain this....please watch the video i uploaded.
my directories and packages are a bit messed up when i tried moving it to a module.

what steps do i need to take to get them sorted out with the class and form together again?
Mark the java directory as the source root.

Sorry, it's not clear what you are trying to do. This new video shows the different structure of the folders than the first one, so my suggestion doesn't apply to it.
As for the dependencies, refer to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/working-with-module-dependencies.html.
