Can't insert new rows

The + button isn't appearing.

Using MySQL. Successfully connected to database. User has full permissions with grant on all databases. I have another server with another database using MySQL also connected in Datagrip and it allows me to add rows fine.

Structure of the table doesn't show up in the right, either (the columns aren't listed) whereas they are in the other one.

Anyone have an idea of how I can troubleshoot this?
