Hello! We are investigating this problem. It seems that description of your plugin now has some UTF 4-byte symbols that are unsupported by our application. We are working on a fix to support those symbols, but could you please try changing description so that it doesn’t have 4-byte UTF symbols. Then try uploading update again.

yeah, there are some chinese in my plugin description, but the chinese has been added a long ago.
the previous plugin uploading are fine.
