AppCode 2018.1 Type and Call hierarchy not working

I started evaluating AppCode but I cannot get Type Hierarchy or Call Hierarchy working. For Swift, the menu items are grayed out. For Objective-C, I can issue the command and open the Hierarchy View, but the view does not show the relations. Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you
