IntelliJ Windows: Pressing Left arrow to put text cursor at previous line

My text cursor is at the farthest left of the second line of code.  When pressing the left arrow, I would like the text cursor to arrive at the farthest right of the first line of code. 

Is there a way to enable this in IntelliJ?  I just get a Windows Beep sound when I do it currently.
