Cleaning up the RUN window

Is it possible to adjust the settings of the Run window so that when a program returns a JSON file it would be formatted correctly? My window displays the JSON file in one long string. The only option I can find is to wrap it but that's now very readable either.

I'm certain that in the past is was display in a more user friendly format but I'm not sure what happened. Any help is appreciated.
