Customize Menu - Impossible to find items

I wish they would add a search function, as I regularly cannot find actions that I want to add to a menu. I accidently removed the cmd (shell, not the command line tool) from the Project Menu. I can find it using Search Actions, but that does not help me for adding it back to the menu and I have no idea where it is in that maze of items. An alphabetical list would be an improvement.
