Comment keyboard shortcut

Hello,

I currently have a US keyboard setup. The webstorm keyboard shortcuts work perfectly well with javascript files. However, the shortcuts are not working in html files. Even when I click on the code dropdown menu + 'comment with line comment' option the comments are not being inserted in the file.

Any idea how to fix this bug.
