Read the breadcrumbs

I want to get the current method where the cursor is pointed, i see already the breadcrumbs are reading and displaying it. Is there way to read the breadcrumb items? I see there are classes related to breadcrumb but not getting way to get the items displayed in the breadcrumb. Can you please help
