How to set not soft wrap for ever?

in my current project , HTML file always wrap, when i change other file, this stuff reset,

Hi there,
It looks like you have 1 max file/tab opened at a time.
That "wrap" option affects currently opened file only. So yes -- after you switch between the files (with 1 max files opened at a time) ... that option gets reset to default value.
The default behaviour can be set via "
Settings/Preferences | Editor | General | Use soft wraps in editor"Thank you response,Andriy Bazanov, But still Not Working!

Are you using Distraction Free / Presentation mode? By looking at the font size etc -- quite likely.
If so -- https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-168911 and/or https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-142635. In these tickets it's other way around though...
Same problem here with .log files - have to manually set it for each file I open.
