Google style docstring for every project

I see that I can change the style for a particular project in PyCharm -> Preferences -> Tools -> Python Integrated Tools and use Google style.

But this doesn't do it for every project I start and it is annoying to hunt for this setting every time I open a new project. 

How do I make it permanent as I can't see it in default settings?
