Defaults on new versions should not change behavior

Like the restore workspace on branch switching. I do not want this, but I have gotten to hate this feature with a passion because I have to adjust this on every single project. This is a "feature" I wasn't waiting for, do not want and it has been forced on me in an extremely intrusive way.

To not change it for every project please configure default settings for the Restore workspace on branch switching option in Settings (Preferences) | Version Control | Confirmation.
