Pycharm 2018.1 Pro use alot of cpu resource and hangs

Hello,


First of all i really love this product and i use it since i started to work with python (5 years) ago,the only thing that i don't like about it is the updates :( .. I updated Pycharm to 2018.1 Pro days ago and it started to use a lot of my cpu resources then started to hang.Every time i try to edit my code or explore it or even explore my projects, cpu usage go to 70% only by Pycharm with other applications i got 100% usage and all my fans start to work at top speed.

I need some real help here please
