Little line unde main menu items

Why is there a little line unde every item from the main menu? That line is present in every Jetbrains app on my computer.

Hello,
These mark show mnemonics that could be used to open menu items. It's possible to disable them in "Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance - Disable mnemonics in menu".
