Perpetual licence or no longer able to use which is it?

I currently have a license to IntelliJ Ultimate.  I know my license going to expire later this month (3/13) and I've already received the emails from Jetbrains telling me my subscription will be renewed on 3/14.  In that email, there is a link for "What happens if I don't renew?" and that link says:

When purchasing an annual subscription, you will immediately get a perpetual fallback license for the exact version available at the time.

So when I see this message in IntelliJ I'm confused.  Will I be able to use the software "forever" or not?

Your IntelliJ IDEA subscription expires on 3/13/2018.
                After this date you will no longer able to use IntelliJ IDEA 2017.1.5

After closer reading I believe that whatever version was available at the time I purchased my subscription is the version I'll be able to use "forever".  Just one problem.  When I've installed and kept current I've uninstalled my "old" version", so my questions are:

(Q) How can I find what version is associated with my perpetual forever license?

(Q) Does JetBrains support downloading of older versions?  If so where do I go?

(Q) Is the same license key that I use for my subscription used for the "perpetual" license?  Or is there a different  license key.  If it's different where do I go to download it?

(Q) If/when I renew subscription, will I receive a new license key?

I can probably search and find these answers, but wanted the question in case others were curious, and for me in another year.
