Ctrl+Shift+A does nada

In tune with the earlier bug with mouse click during Find, supposedly fixed in the latest version, now when I do a Ctrl+Shift+A (on Win 8.1) it does nothing with mouse click nor keyboard-select
Is Win 8 being ignored during regression ?
It worked on Win 7.

Could you please provide a use case (the steps) and the expected/actual results you get? Please also provide idea.log after IDE restart and reproducing. Thank you!
