Idea doesn't recognize Rails framework

When import (or create from existing source) project, Idea doesn't recognize Rails application.

In IDE settings there is no "Ruby" language in Preferences | Languages & Frameworks section.

Plugin "Ruby" installed and reinstalled.

Ruby with RVM.

I can select Ruby version in Project Settings | Project

I can't add Rails framework in Project Settings | Modules - it doesn't include it, only Lua and Python.

I see Ruby SDKs in Project Settings | Platform Settings | SDKs

Right click on Project Name in the Project Tree and click "Add framework support" doesn't show Rails framework, only Lua, Python and SQL.
