IDE Settings Sync from PHPStorm to IntelliJ IDE

Hello everyone.
I have been using PHPStorm for a while and have the IDE Settings Sync enabled.
I just installed IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate and as far as I understand I should get an option to fetch my settings from my account when I enable the sync in IntelliJ (https://blog.jetbrains.com/idea/2017/09/intellij-idea-2017-3-eap-better-synchronization-of-your-settings-across-devices-and-other-improvements/) but I only get the option to initialise a new sync.
Should it possible to sync settings between different IDEs (PHPStorm and IntelliJ in this case)? Or is it only possible to sync between two IDEs of the same type (PHPStorm to PHPStorm for example)?

It should work according to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/sharing-your-ide-settings.html.
If you don't get the settings synchronized, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.
Make sure you are using the same JetBrains account.
Ok thanks. I am using the same JetBrains account for both IDEs. I opened a ticket for it.
