Looking for help converting VSC or Atom language plugin to PHPStorm

Can anyone help me get an language extension for VSC or Atom converted for PHPStorm? I have tried and tried to get Statamic Antlers support in Storm with no luck myself. You can see the plugins at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ahdesign.language-antlers and https://atom.io/packages/language-antlers. The problem is I need to use the .html for Statamic CMS. I can’t seem to find a way to add the syntax to PHPStorm without breaking native HTML support. Can someone help?
