Can't see PHP Errors in PHPStorm Web Server and POST form method doesn't work

Hi,

When I open a file in my browser, after I added the path to PHP interpreter in settings, I can't see PHP errors in the page, while with XAMPP I can.

Also post method of an HTML form doesn't work, with a 404 Not Found error.

Is there a method to fix this?
