Missing database item in toolbar list and View > Tool Windows menu, too. How to restore it?

Do you have "Database Tools and SQL" plugin enabled? Sounds like not.
Somehow plugin became turned off. Enabled it, everything works fine after restart. Thank you, Dmitry.
