Out of memory running pytest on large project

I installed PyCharm 2018.2 this morning. Now, when I run all tests in my project, it starts to crawl and the 'Out of Memory' dialog pops-up.
These tests normally take around 15 minutes to complete. I don't remember this ever happening in the previous version of PyCharm.
Anyone else having out of memory issues with 2018.2?
