Unable to run program

Hi!

After playing around with CLion: building and configuring targets, I suddenly faced a state when the Run/Debug actions are permanently disabled for all targets.

The Build action is enabled and works fine. But the target cannot be run upon being built.

Also the "Edit configurations" action and Debug/Release presets are disabled.

However, it is available to launch "Edit configurations" menu and select Debug/Release preset via Alt+Shift+F10 menu.
