run context menu gone after update

After RM-182.3684.86 update I cant see the run context menu when I right click any file.
How can I fix this

I have already wasted hours.. I dont want to create a run profile for everything..
Stuff I have tried..
1> restart of applicattion
2> remove cache
3> remove system and config directories of installation
