Cannot Launch PHP Storm

I just installed Version 2018.2.1 on a brand new Windows 10 computer. I received the error message: Failed to load JVM DLL c:\Program Files\JetBrains\PhpStorm 2018.2.1\jre64\\bin\server\jvm.dll  (FYI \\bin not a typo)

Then it tells me if I already have a JDK installed, to set w JAVA_HOME directory. The problem is I have no JDK installed.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
