Custom Blade Directives across all projects

It is easy enough to add a custom Blade directive under Languages & Frameworks > PHP > Blade > Directives tab.

However it is stated at the top of that window: For current project

Is there a way to add global custom Blade directives? For instance I build a lot of WordPress sites with a custom starter theme that uses many custom Blade directives. It sucks to have to add them all every time I have a new project. Is there a global scope I can add these to instead? I've looked and researched a while with no luck.
